Nbl you’ll only get 3db extra from a doubling of power, and although 3db is noticeable, bjl just not a significant incxrease to make me wanna put twice the power through them. There is a transition connector at the power board end – this gives trouble. If you have to pry it out, it’s still soldered and forcing it can rip out the internal connections from one side of the board to the other “vias” or “plated-through holes”.
