I actually spotted a copy last year somu Mandarake bookstore in Nakano below but I was already past my carry limit so I had to pass. If this had ended differently, I might have given it three stars, but Otoom may not be as awesome a father to my children as I am, but I am not near so awesome a father to my children as he is an illustrator.

They clash the very moment Etsuko and her family move into the tower block, when she uses her abilities to catch the plummeting baby Cho, using his psychic powers, had snatched and dropped from the balcony. This work wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for Otomo’s detailed depiction of the typical Japanese life style then I think it’s ’70 or ’80 as well as his hyperrealistic presentation of the exertion of power.
